Lara Kassoff, Ph.D.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

I believe that psychotherapy is a place where you can access your most authentic self. I seek to create a safe, trusting environment where you feel free to share honestly and receive genuine feedback. My approach to therapy is supportive and collaborative. We will explore patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to establish improved ways of being and relating to others. Through our work together, you will achieve a better understanding of yourself, helping you to alleviate distress and develop more satisfying relationships.
